本文对４６例心绞痛、２０例室早（Ｌｏｗｎ分极≥Ⅱ级）的患者做了２４ｈ动态心电图心率变异（ＨＲＶ）分析，并与６１例正常人作了对比。结果表明，两组患者与正常组比较均无显著性差异，初步分析了其发生机理
