高中数学学习对学生的要求更加严格。尤其是对学生的基础和接受力的要求高。这就容易让不少学生跟不上数学学习节奏,产生学习困难。为了解决这个问题,教师可以利用班级生生之间的互动合作来进行知识的巩固。生生互动有课堂小组之间的探究合作,有课间的互帮互助,有学生的集中讲解等形式。在这个实践过程中需要维持好班级的纪律,形成好的学习风气。还要负责学生对讲解交流的内容进行充分准备。如此才能利用互助学习的方法转化学困生,提高学生数学学习效果。
