为贯彻落实好新《工会法》,现对其中与工会经费有关的几个问题,具体规定如下: 一、拨交工会经费问题 1、凡建立工会组织的全民所有制和集体所有制企业、事业单位和机关,应于每月15日以前按照上月份全部职工工资总额的百分之二,向工会拨交当月份的工会经费。具体拨交手续,按照全国总工会和中国人民银行工总财字[1989]16号通知的规定办理。 2、拨交工会经费的“全部职工工资总额”,按照国家统计局1990年1号令公布的《关于工资总额组成的规定》计算。工资总额组成范围内的各种津贴、补贴和奖金,均应计算在内。
In order to implement the new “Trade Union Law”, several issues concerning the funding of the trade union are hereby formulated as follows: I.
