为了降低矿用自卸车的自重,提高承载效率,取轮边行星减速器的太阳轮和齿圈的齿数、模数和齿宽为设计变量,以减速器体积最小为优化目标,由模糊可靠性理论设定齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度的可靠度,并用MatLab 优化工具箱求出其最优解。优化结果表明,在所用材料不改变、保证传动比要求和强度的条件下,使轮边减速器的体积减小16%,重量减少16 kg,驱动桥末端内径可减少11%,这对于减小矿用自卸车行走的惯性、提高其运动的灵活性和装载能力有重要的意义。
