目的:针对GB/T8571-2008为依据,通过利用一些实验的方式方法,介绍利用真空烘箱法对复混肥料中游离水评定其不确定度。并且,通过其试验的不确定度结果,以此为其质量控制方案的制定,提供了重要的参考依据。方法:采用分析并合成整体的测定方法,确定实验过程中的各个是水分量,在通过利用称重、重复实验等方式,最后整合成体,以此得到相应的不确定结果。结果:以GB/T8576—2010为依据,通过利用计算水分测定固有的公式,可以得出试样的质量、空称量重量、称量瓶和试样总质量等方面。同时根据量化分解的一些方式方法,最终得出相应的水分测量结果,其结构为:复混肥料中水分的不确定度为0.11%。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the uncertainty of free water in compound fertilizers based on GB / T8571-2008 by using some experimental methods and methods. And through the result of the uncertainty of the test, it provides an important reference for the formulation of its quality control plan. Methods: The method of analyzing and synthesizing the whole was used to determine the amount of water in the experiment. Through the use of weighing and repeated experiments, the final body was integrated to get the corresponding uncertain result. Results: Based on GB / T8576-2010, the quality of the sample, empty weighing weight, weighing bottle and the total mass of the sample can be obtained by using the inherent formula for calculating the moisture content. At the same time, according to some ways and means of quantitative decomposition, the corresponding moisture measurement results are finally obtained. The structure is as follows: the uncertainty of the moisture in the compound fertilizer is 0.11%.
