在双辊开炼机中将未处理或用质量分数为3%的硅烷偶联剂A-189处理的莫来石粉体加入到丁苯橡胶(SBR)中制成复合材料。研究莫来石的加入量对SBR性能的影响,并与沉淀法白炭黑填充的SBR的性能进行了比较。结果表明,莫来石粉体对SBR表现出半增强特性;与沉淀法白炭黑填充的SBR相比,SBR/莫来石复合材料表现出良好的硫化特性、较低的门尼黏度、较小的永久变形,回弹性好,但拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性较差;莫来石经A-189处理后其硫化胶的力学性能有所改善。
A mullite powder, untreated or treated with a silane coupling agent A-189 in a mass fraction of 3%, was added to a styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) to prepare a composite material in a two-roll mill. The influence of the addition of mullite on the properties of SBR was investigated and compared with the performance of SBR filled with precipitated silica. The results show that the mullite powder exhibits a semi-reinforcing property to SBR. SBR / mullite composite shows good vulcanization properties compared with the SBR filled with precipitated silica. The lower Mooney viscosity Small permanent deformation, good resilience, but the tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance is poor; mullite A-189 treated rubber vulcanizate mechanical properties improved.
