一般认为,牙菌斑是牙龈炎和龋病的主要原因。许多实验表明洗必太能预防菌斑的形成,也抑制牙龈炎的发展,而且可以控制鼠的龋病,局部应用洗必太能预防人类的实验性龋病。本研究的目的是评价牙膏内含不同浓度的洗必太在二年时期中,对牙菌斑的形成、牙龈情况和龋病的作用。另外,还注意了临床可能的副作用。实验对象为73名一年级的自愿者牙科学生,年龄为19—23岁,随意分为五组。制备二种不同磨擦性能的牙膏,第一号牙膏含常规的研磨剂,一部分加1%洗必太二葡糖酸盐(L—10),另一部分加0.4%(L
It is generally believed that plaque is the main cause of gingivitis and caries. Many experiments show that chlorhexidine can prevent the formation of plaque, but also inhibit the development of gingivitis, but also can control the caries in mice. Topical chlorhexidine can prevent human experimental caries. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of chlorhexidine toothpaste on dental plaque formation, gums and caries in a two-year period. In addition, attention has been paid to clinically possible side effects. The subjects were 73 first-year volunteer dental students, aged 19-23, randomly divided into five groups. Two kinds of toothpaste with different friction properties were prepared. The first toothpaste contained conventional abrasive, one part added 1% chlorhexidine gluconate (L-10) and the other part added 0.4% (L
