目的与常规护理效果进行对比，分析前列腺增生采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术结合中医健康教育的护理效果。方法选取前列腺增生并采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的患者140例，均分成两组，分别采用常规护理措施和在常规护理基础上结合中医健康教育的护理措施，比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组患者的满意度和健康教育知晓率明显高于对照组患者，<0.05，差异有统计学意义。试验组的感染，出血，尿失禁，膀胱痉挛等并发症的总发生率明显小于对照组患者，0.05,without statistical significance.And the satisfaction degree and awareness rate for healthy education of experimental group were significantly higher than control group, <0.05,it had statistical significance.In the aspect of complications,the overal incidence of infection,hemor hage,uracratia and cystospasm of experimental group were significantly lower than control group, <0.05,dif erences were statistcal y significant.Conclusion For BPH patients who received transurethral transurethral resection of prostate,combined conventional nursing with Chinese medicine healthy education has bet er ef icacy than conventional nursing,so it is recommended that adopting healthy education of Chinese medicine in conventional nursing for these patients.
