LKY-1型粒径测定仪是采用圆盘离心尤透过法测定粉末粒度分布的仪器,其计算采用:“光密度粒度计算法”。由实验数据到计算出粒度分布要经过数百个中间数据运算,为此,我们采用TRS-80 LEVEL Ⅱ BASIC编制出计算程序应用于粒度分布计算,取得了良好效果。文中列举了测定上海特细石墨粉粒度分布的手算及电算结果。结果表明,电算准确可靠,方法简便易行,效率提高数十倍。该程序既可作为LKY-1型粒径仪的脱机处理手段,亦可作为联机处理程序的主体。
LKY-1 particle size analyzer is the use of disc centrifugal method to determine the particle size distribution of powder through the instrument, which uses the calculation: “optical density particle size calculation.” From the experimental data to calculate the particle size distribution to go through hundreds of intermediate data operations, therefore, we use TRS-80 LEVEL Ⅱ BASIC prepared a calculation program applied to the particle size distribution calculation, and achieved good results. The article lists the calculation of the size distribution of Shanghai special fine graphite powder calculation and calculation results. The results show that the calculation is accurate and reliable, the method is simple and easy, and the efficiency is improved by tens of times. The program can be used as a LKY-1 particle size analyzer offline processing means, can also be used as the main line of processing procedures.
