1.MT-1型扭矩在线监测系统 针对冶金企业特点,参考国内外成功经验,冶金部北京冶金设备研究所研制了TM-1型旋转机械扭矩在线监测仪。它适用于在线监测大型动力机械设备的转轴扭矩,尤其适用于各种轧钢机主传动系统的扭矩在线监测。该系统具有如下特点:采用成熟的应变测量技术测取信号,可靠性高;应变片直接贴在被测轴上,环节少、误差源少;应变信号经频率调制,用红外光非接触传输,抗干扰能力强;轴上测量部分供电采用感应式,结构简单可靠,适用于永久性监测;仪器采用单片机数字处理及数字显示,能够实时显示或保持扭矩峰值及平均值,非常适合轧钢机的载荷特点及使用要求;仪器还设置了模拟输出及调频输出接口,便于与其它仪器相连、观察、记录及分析信号。整个系统由三部分组成,各部分组成及原理如图1所示。
1.MT-1 Torque On-line Monitoring System According to the characteristics of metallurgical enterprises, referring to the successful experience both at home and abroad, TM-1 Rotary Machinery Torque Online Monitor has been developed by Beijing Institute of Metallurgical Equipment of Ministry of Metallurgy. It is suitable for on-line monitoring of large power machinery shaft torque, especially for a variety of rolling mill main drive system on-line torque monitoring. The system has the following characteristics: the use of sophisticated strain measurement technology to measure the signal, high reliability; strain gauge attached directly to the measured axis, fewer links, fewer sources of error; strain signal by frequency modulation, non-contact infrared light transmission, Anti-interference ability; axis measurement part of the power supply using induction, simple and reliable structure, suitable for permanent monitoring; instrument using single-chip digital processing and digital display, real-time display or maintain peak torque and average, ideal for rolling mill load Features and requirements; instrument also set the analog output and FM output interface, easy to connect with other instruments, observation, recording and analysis of the signal. The entire system consists of three parts, each part of the composition and principle shown in Figure 1.
