根据神经解剖学基础,对30只正常家兔,在Erb点、第三转子点及大脑皮层相应体感区记录前、后肢体正中神经和胫神经短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SEP_S)、周围神经监护电位为P-N-P,皮层电位为N-P-N波型前肢监护电位与皮层电位潜伏期分别为2.32±0.14ms、14.00±1.32ms,后肢的为2.75±0.18ms、20.21±0.82ms。比较两侧肢体SEP_S潜伏期无显著性差异(P>0.1),SEP_S潜伏期与年龄无关,而与体重成正相关(r=0.944,P<0.01)。
According to the basis of neuroanatomy, the sensory evoked potentials (SEP_S), short latency of the median nerve and tibial nerve in front and rear limbs of the 30 normal rabbits were recorded at the Erb point, the third rotor point and the corresponding somatosensory zone of cerebral cortex. The peripheral nerve monitoring potentials For PNP, the cortical potentials of NPN model were 2.32 ± 0.14ms, 14.00 ± 1.32ms and 2.75 ± 0.18ms respectively for hindlimb and 20.21 ± 0.82ms for hind limbs. There was no significant difference in SEP_S latency between two limbs (P> 0.1). SEP_S latency was independent of age but positively correlated with body weight (r = 0.944, P <0.01).
