行政区划,即行政区域划分。一个国家为实行行政管理,按照地理条件、历史传统、经济联系、民族分布等实际情况,划分为各级行政区域,每个行政区域又被赋予一个行政区划单位名称。道、府、厅、州、县即为清末民初黑龙江省的行政区划单位名称。清末,道、府、厅、州、县曾一度共存,黑龙江省共分3道、7府、6厅、1州、7县。
Administrative division, that is, administrative divisions.
