梁启超的《少年中国说》:“少年智则国智,少年强则国强。”小学教育能够引导学生发现、认识和接触新知,激发其创新能力和自主学习的潜质,为以后社会的发展建设发挥无百邗艮量的作用。由于学生在小学教育属于启蒙时期,心理上和智力上都尚未成熟,小部分仍未能形成良好的行为规范,所以对小学生的教学管理是不容忽视的,因此教学管理工作的重担就落在了小学班主任的身上,这样才能为小学生营造良好的学习氛围和成长环境。
