线路维修和保养的中心环节是道床捣固。如何提高捣固作业质量和效率是捣固机械需要研究的主要问题。目前我国捣固机械有电动捣固机和液压捣固机两种。其振动方式:一种以偏心块转动,产生离心力而带动镐板振动;一种以偏心轴转动,通过曲柄连杆机构带动镐板振动(即所谓强迫振动)。对这两种振动形式的区别和振动效果谈一点看法:
