蒸馏水及用离子交换法制备的纯水,在医院的制剂室及制药厂被用来冲洗安瓿和输液瓶。我厂针剂车间日产1.6万支5毫升针剂,以往常因洗瓶用水供应不足,安瓿洗涤不能顺利进行而影响正常生产。1975年11月,我们把一直作为废水流入地沟的洗瓶后的水收集起来,经过离子交换柱的处理后,重新用到生产中去。这样就每天可以回收90余万毫升,节省了2/3以上的用水,保障了生产的顺利进行。更主要的是,这样做是符合勤俭节约的原则和多快好省地建设社会主义总路线的。现把我们的做法介绍如下。一、回收处理装置
