目的:研究一点红地上部分乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从一点红90%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离得到15个化合物,主要为黄酮和有机酸类,分别为鼠李素(1),异鼠李素(2),槲皮素(3),木犀草素(4),小麦黄素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),8-(2″-吡咯烷酮基)-槲皮素(6),5,2’,6’-三羟基-7,8-二甲氧基-黄酮-2’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),丁二酸(8),反式丁烯二酸(9),对羟基苯甲酸(10),4-羟基-间苯二甲酸(11),咖啡酸(12),七叶内酯(13),异去甲蟛蜞菊内酯(14)及尿嘧啶(15)。结论:除化合物3外,其余均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of some ethanol extracts from red spots. Methods: A variety of chromatographic techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of 90% ethanol extract, mainly flavonoids and organic acids, namely rhamnosyl (1), isorhamnetin (2), quercetin 3), luteolin (4), flavin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 8- (2 "-pyrrolidonyl) ’, 6’-trihydroxy-7,8-dimethoxy-flavone-2’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), succinic acid (8) 9), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (10), 4-hydroxyisophthalic acid (11), caffeic acid (12), esculetin (13), isoviacetin (14) and uracil 15) .Conclusion: Except for compound 3, the rest are isolated from this genus for the first time.
