胜利石油工程公司渤海钻井一公司32533SL钻井队主要承担3000米以内直井、大位移定向井、水平井的钻探施工。近年来,该队强化单井成本精细化管理体系,创新实施班组成本写实,按照“预算-写实-分析-考核”的程序,进行班前分解、班中控制、班后总结,实现班组管理水平螺旋式上升。成本预算分解到班组32533SL钻井队根据公司下达的单井预算,对单井成本进行分解,开钻前由成本员向三个工程班组下达单井成本控制总指标和分解指标。
