采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术对山蒟挥发油的化学成分进行了分析。共鉴定出α-蒎烯、1,8—桉叶油索、芳樟醇、乙酸α-松油酯等廿六种化合物,并测定了其中各成分的百分含量。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical constituents of Hawthorn volatile oil. A total of six compounds of α-pinene, octadecylene oil, linalool, α-terpineol acetate, etc. were identified and their percentages were determined.
