探讨有效脱毒和降低复吸率的戒毒方法。方法··:应用美沙酮5d递减 ,续用可乐定5d ,进行脱毒治疗 ;脱毒后采取全封闭管理 ,采用集体上课、个别心理疏导等方法继续进行身心康复治疗90d ;回归社会后重点监控 ,定期回访。结果··:患者均安全脱毒康复 ;随访15个月 ,复吸率为22.2 % (113/508)。结论··:该法安全有效 ,复吸率较低。
