目的检测Bcl-2及Bax在胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPT)的表达变化,以探讨细胞凋亡基因在SPT发生中的作用。方法选择兰州大学第一医院2000年1月至2014年10月手术切除的胰腺及后腹膜肿瘤标本,经病理证实、临床资料齐全的25例SPT组织为实验组,瘤周正常胰腺组织为对照组,用免疫组化染色法检测Bcl-2及Bax的表达。结果 Bcl-2在25例SPT组织中12例表达阳性,在正常胰腺组织中2例表达阳性;Bax在25例SPT组织中15例表达阳性,在正常胰腺组织中4例表达阳性,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SPT中,实性区Bcl-2/Bax比值上调;退变区Bcl-2/Bax比值下调。结论细胞凋亡基因Bcl-2及Bax在SPT发生中起一定的作用,并可能与其特征性结构形成有关。
Objective To detect the expression changes of Bcl-2 and Bax in solid pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas (SPT) to investigate the role of apoptosis genes in the pathogenesis of SPT. Methods The pancreatic and retroperitoneal tumor specimens from January 2000 to October 2014 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2000 to October 2014 were selected. Twenty-five cases of SPT with complete clinical data were selected as experimental group and normal pancreatic tissue as control group Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax. Results Bcl-2 was positive in 12 cases of 25 cases of SPT and positive in 2 cases of normal pancreatic tissue. Bax was positive in 15 of 25 cases of SPT and positive in 4 cases of normal pancreatic tissues, the difference was There was statistical significance (P <0.01). In SPT, the ratio of Bcl-2 / Bax was up-regulated in real area, and the ratio of Bcl-2 / Bax in degeneration area was down-regulated. Conclusion Apoptotic genes Bcl-2 and Bax play a role in the pathogenesis of SPT, and may be related to the formation of its characteristic structure.
