本文采用微电极引导神经元放电的方法证明,长时间(6小时)电针(EA)大鼠“足三里”穴可使痛兴奋神经元(PEN)和痛抑制神经元(PIN)的放电产生耐受现象,即EA不再对PEN和PIN的放电产生调制作用。从细胞水平上得到的这一证据支持行为水平上的结果。
