In this paper, a group of 21 patients with perinatal asphyxia and some high-risk infants with early CT scan were followed up for about a year. Explore the relationship between neonatal intracranial lesions and future development. The results showed mild to severe abnormalities in 11 cases, normal in 10 cases. Among them, the majority of children with subdural hemorrhage and hypoxic-ischemic brain damage showed normal or mild abnormalities; the only surviving child with grade II intraventricular hemorrhage showed mild abnormality; the prognosis of cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage with secondary holes was poor. All children have little effect on physical development, but the development of the head circumference should be noted that the 6 cases of the first small circumference of the head circumference are mild to severe abnormalities. The results of this preliminary study show that perinatal asphyxia and other risk factors of intracranial lesions on the impact of future intellectual sports development.
