目的研究蜂花粉水提取液对胃粘膜的保护作用。方法分别用无水乙醇、0.6mol/LHCl对小鼠灌胃复制实验性胃粘膜损伤的动物模型,用福尔马林固定后观察并记录胃粘膜损伤程度,并与事先用蜂花粉水提取液灌胃的小鼠进行比较分析。结果无水乙醇、0.6mol/LHCl对小鼠胃粘膜均可导致小鼠胃粘膜出血及溃疡性损伤,但事先用蜂花粉水提取液灌胃,可显著减轻无水乙醇、0.6mol/LHCl所致的小鼠实验性胃粘膜损伤的程度,主要表现为胃粘膜出血点减少、溃疡面积缩小。结论蜂花粉水提取液对胃粘膜具有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of bee pollen water extract on gastric mucosa. Methods Animal models of experimental gastric mucosal injury were established by intragastric instillation of ethanol and 0.6mol / LHCl, respectively. After formalin fixation, gastric mucosa injury was observed and recorded. The cells were extracted with bee pollen water Liquid gavage mice for comparative analysis. Results Absolute ethanol and 0.6 mol / LHCl all could cause gastric mucosal hemorrhage and ulceration in mice. However, pretreatment with bee pollen water extract could significantly reduce ethanol, 0.6 mol / The extent of experimental gastric mucosal injury in mice induced by LHCl is mainly manifested as a decrease of bleeding spots in gastric mucosa and a reduction of ulcer area. Conclusion The bee pollen water extract has a protective effect on gastric mucosa.
