研究了不同添加量Y_2O_3对熔融织构YBCO大块超导体的熔化生长温度、显微结构及其超导性能的影响。结果发现,随着Y_2O_3添加量的增加,YBCO材料的熔化生长温度降低,而其固态反应温度并无明显变化。YBCO块材的磁悬浮力随着Y_2O_3添加量的增加,先增加后减小而出现了一个峰值,其最佳的添加量约为10(质量百分数)左右。结合这组样品的初始成分及显微组织,分析了Y_2O_3的添加对YBCO超导性能的影响,并制备出了高质量的YBCO超导块材。
The effect of Y_2O_3 addition on the melt growth temperature, microstructure and superconductivity of YBCO bulk fused superconductor was studied. The results show that with the increase of Y_2O_3 addition, the temperature of YBCO melt decreases and the solid state reaction temperature does not change obviously. The magnetic levitation force of YBCO block increases first and then decreases with the increase of Y_2O_3 addition, and a peak appears. The best addition amount is about 10% by mass. Combined with the initial composition and microstructure of the samples, the influence of Y 2 O 3 addition on the superconductivity of YBCO was analyzed and a high quality YBCO superconducting block was prepared.
