一、引言纤维增强热塑性树脂的应用领域正在不断扩大,目前在日本应用的部门也很多,已有玻璃纤维作为增强纤维,聚丙烯作为基体的产品。也有用部分结晶性聚苯并噻唑,尼龙和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯作基体的,但仍都处于样品阶段而尚未进入实用阶段。此外还听说有人使用非晶体聚碳酸酯和聚苯醚,但未听说有实用化的报道。我们使用碳纤维为增强纤维,用各种各样的基体开发高级复合材料。在用碳纤维长纤维与聚碳酸酯等基体制作纤维增强热塑性塑料成型体方面已成功地实现了实用化,并开始在电气,电子制品方面获得应用。所以本文拟对这方面的应用情况作一介绍。
I. INTRODUCTION The application field of the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin is expanding constantly. There are also many departments in Japan nowadays. There are glass fiber as the product of reinforcing fiber and polypropylene as matrix. Partially crystalline polybenzothiazole, nylon, and polyethylene terephthalate are also useful as substrates, but are still in the sample stage and have not yet reached the practical stage. In addition, I heard some people use non-crystalline polycarbonate and polyphenylene ether, but have not heard of practical reports. We use carbon fiber as reinforcing fiber to develop advanced composites with a wide variety of substrates. In the manufacture of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic moldings from carbon fiber long fibers and polycarbonate substrates, they have been successfully put into practical use and are beginning to be used in electrical and electronic products. Therefore, this article intends to make an introduction on the application of this aspect.
