该文通过掺加钢渣粉和消石灰,进行室内混合料性能指标试验,研究了掺加两种材料对凝灰岩沥青混合料水稳定性能、高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能的影响。基于正交试验方法,通过室内试验研究钢渣粉和消石灰对沥青混合料路用性能的影响;确定钢渣粉和消石灰的最佳掺量,使得沥青混合料的水稳定性得到最大限度地提高,同时高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能满足要求。研究结果表明:钢渣粉和消石灰都能不同程度地提高凝灰岩沥青混合料的路用性能,并且两种材料同时掺加效果较好。
In this paper, the performance index tests of indoor mixture were carried out by adding steel slag powder and hydrated lime, and the effects of mixing two kinds of materials on the water stability, high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance of tuff asphalt mixture were studied. Based on the orthogonal test, the influence of steel slag powder and slaked lime on the road performance of asphalt mixture was studied through laboratory experiments. The optimum dosage of steel slag powder and slaked lime was determined so that the water stability of asphalt mixture was maximized, meanwhile, High temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance to meet the requirements. The results show that both steel slag powder and hydrated lime can improve the road performance of tuff asphalt mixture to varying degrees, and the two materials are better blended at the same time.
