作者选用C57BL/6J小鼠、老龄小鼠和环磷酰胺 (CY)所致免疫功能低下小鼠模型 ,观察了托盘根乙醇提取物 (ERC)对正常小鼠、老龄小鼠和CY鼠淋巴细胞转化及IL 2生成的影响 .ERC40 0 μg/mL可促进正常小鼠的淋巴细胞转化功能 ;ERC 40 0、2 0 0、10 0 μg/mL对老龄小鼠的淋巴细胞转化有明显的促进作用 ;ERC 40 0、2 0 0 μg/mL对CY所致的免疫功能低下小鼠的淋巴细胞转化也有促进作用 .同时作者还观察到ERC 40 0 μg/mL能增加正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2的生成 ;ERC40 0、2 0 0、10 0 μg/mL对老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞IL 2的生成均有促进作用 .
The authors selected C57BL/6J mice, aged mice, and cyclophosphamide (CY)-induced immunocompromised mouse models to observe the effect of ethanol extract from the root of the tray (ERC) on normal mice, old mice, and CY mouse lymphocytes. Effects of transformation and IL 2 production. ERC40 0 μg/mL can promote lymphocyte transformation function in normal mice; ERC 400, 200, 100 μg/mL can significantly promote lymphocyte transformation in aged mice. ERC 40 0,200 μg/mL also promoted the lymphocyte transformation in CY-induced immunocompromised mice. The authors also observed that ERC 40 μg/mL can increase IL 2 in normal mouse spleen lymphocytes. The production of ERC40, 200, and 100 μg/mL all promoted the production of IL 2 in spleen lymphocytes of aged mice.
