初中生正处于身体和心理发育的旺盛时期,每个学生都具有着独特的个性,并且有些个性之间的差异较大,面对这些差异,教师如何进行教学呢?教师可以异中求同,进行分层次教学,从而提高教学效率。通过制定适合各层次的、长期的教学目标,对教学内容的深度和难度进行讨论,使教学能够满足所有学生的个性要求,推动所有学生的个性发展。分层次教学法运用到实际教学中要研究出能够适合各层次的教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的主动学习能力,总而言之,确保学生能够尽最大可能的发展。
