近年来,扬州市围绕推动实现更高质量就业的目标,顺应经济转型和产业升级,逐步调整就业结构,优化公共就业服务,就业工作持续保持良好态势。随着人口红利的逐渐消失、经济发展新常态的定位、机械化智能化程度的提高等,势必影响着扬州市高质量就业的实现;当然也要乐观地看到,跨江融合发展、城镇化建设等又给就业工作带来新的机遇。如何应对挑战,抢抓机遇,努力实现更高质量就业是值得深入思考和认真研究的问题。
