目的:观察益欣康泰对高原健康人体内自由基代谢指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法:选择305 例生活在海拔3 300m 地区的健康人进行服用益欣康泰前后体内SOD、GSH—Px 活性和血清MDA 含量的测定。结果:服药后健康人体内的SOD和GSH—Px 活力显著升高(P<001),同时血清MDA含量明显下降(P< 001)。结论:提示该药具有调节和改善机体氧自由基代谢的水平,故对由之失衡而引起的高原人早老、早衰有着重要的防治意义
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Yixin Kangtai on free radicals metabolism indicators superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in healthy plateaus. METHODS: 305 cases of healthy people living in an altitude of 3 300m were selected to measure SOD, GSH-Px activity and serum MDA content before and after taking Yixin Kangtai. Results: The SOD and GSH-Px activities in healthy volunteers were significantly increased after medication (P<001), while serum MDA levels were significantly decreased (P<001). Conclusion: It is suggested that the drug has the ability to regulate and improve the metabolism of oxygen free radicals in the body. Therefore, it is of great significance for prevention and treatment of premature aging and premature aging caused by the imbalance.
