一、上学期教研工作的成绩与问题 上学期的研究重点是教育活动,教师们解决了两个问题:一是在教育活动中如何处理教师主导作用与幼儿主体地位的关系;二是在教育活动中如何恰当地运用集体教育、小组教育和个别教育三种教育形式。但在传授知识与发展幼儿能力的关系上,虽能从理论上理解,但在实际工作中运用不得当。 二、本学期教研工作的内容 深入研究活动区的设置是本学期教研工作的内容。研究此问题的原因:活动区活动虽已普遍开展,但活动区的设置较单调,材料不丰富,目的性不明确。我园对活动区曾有过研究,教师有一定基础,关键是园里没有能继续抓下去。教师们勤奋好学,肯于钻研,这是有利
