目的预测晶体硅太阳能电池生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素的种类和危害程度,并分析其关键控制点。方法通过经验法、类比分析法进行分析。结果晶体硅太阳能电池生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、异丙醇、三氯氧磷、五氧化二磷、偏磷酸、氯气、氯化氢、四氟化碳、硅烷、氨气、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等。其关键控制点主要为清洗制绒、扩散刻蚀、沉积减反射膜、丝网印刷及清淤和疏通污水管道等岗位。结论该项目的职业病危害因素比较复杂,其中主要危害因素是化学毒物,应从职业病危害发生的关键控制部位加强防治工作。
Objective To predict the types and degree of harm of occupational hazards produced during the production of crystalline silicon solar cells and analyze the key control points. Methods by empirical method, analogy analysis method. Results The main occupational hazards in the production of crystalline silicon solar cells were nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, isopropanol, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus pentoxide, metaphosphoric acid, Hydrogen chloride, carbon tetrafluoride, silane, ammonia, noise, high temperature, power frequency electromagnetic field. The key control points are mainly cleaning cashmere, diffusion etching, deposition antireflection film, screen printing and dredging and dredge sewage pipelines and other positions. Conclusion The occupational hazards of this project are quite complicated. Among them, the main hazard is chemical poison, prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key control sites where occupational hazards occur.
