目的:了解郑州市水利学校新生麻疹免疫状况。方法:采用被动血球凝集试验,对384名新生进行了监测。结果:麻疹抗体阳性率为78.48%,CMT为4.57±3.06。结论:该校新生的麻疹抗体水平明显偏低,接种过麻疹疫苗的人群随免疫期限的延长,抗体水平逐渐下降,感染机率随着提高,而漏种和免疫衰退仍是麻疹发病的主要原因。
Objective: To understand the immunization status of newborn students in Zhengzhou Water Conservancy School. Methods: 384 freshmen were monitored using passive hemagglutination test. Results: The positive rate of measles antibody was 78.48% and the CMT was 4.57 ± 3.06. Conclusion: The level of measles antibody is obviously low in newborn students. With the extension of the immunization period, the antibody level is gradually decreased and the probability of infection is increased. However, the main reason of the incidence of measles is leakage and immunodeficiency.
