用钢模替代木模,在现浇混凝土楼梯支模时,底部的平板可以用钢模支撑,踏步板虽能采用钢模板,但不易加固。以前木踏步板的支撑全靠木带和棱角尖,棱角尖的木质要求松软,以免钉裂,但每翻转一次就有因破裂而不能用的,木材浪费大。踏步板也有类似现象。如用图1的支撑件,不仅能取代棱角尖,也能适应角度的任意变化。
The steel mold is used instead of the wood mold. When the cast-in-situ concrete stair mold is supported, the bottom plate can be supported by the steel mold. Although the steel plate can be used for the tread plate, it is not easy to reinforce. In the past, the support of the wooden step board relied on the wood strip and the edge of the corner. The wood with the angular corners required softness in order to avoid nail cracking. However, each time it was turned over, it could not be used due to cracking, and the wood waste was large. Stepping board has a similar phenomenon. As with the support member of FIG. 1 , not only can the angular corners be replaced, but also any change in angle can be accommodated.
