低压铸造中液面加压系统是影响铸件质量的关键装备,我国现阶段使用的液面加压系统“重复再现性”差,凭经验操作等现状,比较落后。我所研究一种新型“继动式”液面加压系统,经有关方面鉴定使用可靠,命名为LPN-A_2型加压系统,现已批量试生产。 一、设计思想和理论依据 针对DKF型和随动式系统的不足之处,“继动式”加压系统由标准气动元件组装而成。主要的设计思想和理论依据是:
