目的明确某功能膜中试线可能产生的职业病危害因素种类和危害程度,为类似企业职业病防治提供依据。方法采用风险矩阵半定量分析法对该项目进行风险等级评估。结果二甲基甲酰胺、正己烷、甲苯、溶剂汽油的风险级别分别为1.30、1.09、1.09、1.36,所造成的风险等级为可忽略风险。结论因该功能膜中试线涉及化学物质种类多,存在急性职业病危害事故的风险,建设单位应建立完善的职业卫生管理体系,并采取有效的防护设施。
Objective To clarify the types and degree of harm of occupational hazards that may occur in a test membrane of a functional membrane and provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases in similar enterprises. Methods The risk matrix was evaluated by semi-quantitative analysis of risk matrix. Results The risk levels of dimethylformamide, n-hexane, toluene and solvent gasoline were 1.30, 1.09, 1.09 and 1.36, respectively, resulting in a risk level of negligible risk. Conclusion Because there are many kinds of chemical substances involved in the test line, the construction unit should establish a sound occupational health management system and take effective protective measures.
