目的:研究探讨碘125粒子组织间植入治疗癌性疼痛的疗效与安全性。方法:选取来我院就诊的中晚期恶心肿瘤并伴癌性疼痛患者60例,所有患者均在CT引导下将碘125粒子组织间植入治疗,在手术后对患者进行随访,并详细记录比较患者治疗前后疼痛指标的变化。结果:所有的60例患者中,重度疼痛患者32例,中度疼痛28例,年龄17~73岁。人均植入碘125粒子30颗。患者并发症为穿刺部位少量出血或者出现气胸症状,均成功治愈,除此外未出现其他严重并发症。结论:碘125粒子组织间植入治疗癌性疼痛的具有显著效果,不仅手术安全,创伤小,耐受性好,还能减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生命质量,值得广大医学工作者在临床治疗癌性疼痛方面大力推广。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of iodine 125 seed implantation in the treatment of cancer pain.
