近些年来,随着时代经济的飞速发展以及科技的进步,国内医院发展的过程中,人力资源管理制度不可避免的存在一定的制度性缺陷,对于医院的经济发展以及人才的发展有着极其不影响作用。本研究首先分析医院人力资源管理中所存在的问题,并提出创新医院人力资源管理体制的相关措施及建议,以及能够不断完善医院人力资源管理模式。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in the times and the progress of science and technology, there are inevitable institutional defects in the management of human resources in the course of the development of domestic hospitals and have very little impact on the economic development of hospitals and the development of qualified personnel effect. This research first analyzes the existing problems in the hospital human resources management and puts forward some measures and suggestions on how to innovate the hospital human resources management system, as well as continuously improves the hospital human resources management mode.
