分析了宝钢冷轧厂生产的电镀锌板网纹产生的原因.由于采用的新型耐蚀导电辊修磨时出现多点支承,且材料的切削抗力较大,造成加工时振动较大,辊面凹凸不平,因而形成“网纹”。在消除了多点支承,确保加工精度,并制定了导电辊的修磨工艺及验收标准后,保证了产品质量.
The reason of electrogalvanized steel plate produced by Baosteel cold rolling mill was analyzed. Due to the multi-point support of the new corrosion-resistant conductive roller used for grinding, the cutting resistance of the material is larger, resulting in larger vibration during processing and uneven surface of the roller, thus forming a “textured” pattern. After eliminating the multi-point support to ensure processing accuracy, and developed a conductive roller grinding process and acceptance criteria to ensure product quality.
