党的十四届三中全会《决定》指出，建立现代企业制度，是我国企业改革的方向。八届人大二次会议《政府工作报告》明确提出，今年国家将组织一批国有大中型企业，按照《公司法》进行建立现代企业制度试点。在国务院的统一领导和有关部门的共同努力下，试点的准备工作已基本完成
The “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of China’s enterprise reform. The “Government Work Report” of the Second Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress made it clear that this year the state will organize a group of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and conduct trials to establish a modern enterprise system in accordance with the “Company Law.” With the joint efforts of the unified leadership of the State Council and relevant departments, the preparations for the pilot have been basically completed.
