Objective To explore the influence and change rule of perception correctness and conflict control ability in the 45 d-6 ° head-down bed. Methods The head-lying bed was used to simulate the weightlessness. Visual rearrangement task and stimulation-response conflict task were selected. During the six different bed rest periods (6 days before bedtime, 11th, 20th, 30th and 40th days in bed, Day 8) Sixteen volunteers were tested repeatedly. Results In the Perception Correctness Test, the correct rate of volunteers on the 11th day of bed rest was significantly higher (P> 0.05), reached and maintained at a higher level on the 32nd day of bed until the last test on the 8th day after bed rest . In the task of stimulus-response conflict, there was a significant promoting effect on the 32nd day of bed-ridden test (P> 0.05) and a significant decrease after wake-up. CONCLUSION: The head-lumbar bed rest may have no obvious damage to cognitive function, and may even have a promotion effect. The trend of perceived correctness and response coordination has some similarities in early bedridden, and the ability of conflict control decreases after the end of bed rest. However, Correctness is not affected.
