近来,以世界500强为代表国际企业来华投资并取得良好发展,在促进中国经济发展的同时也获得了巨大的经济效益。到具有吸引力的跨国公司等国际企业工作,一直是当代大学生的梦想和心愿。但是,目前普遍存在的“专业知识面窄,实践技能缺乏和沟通能力不强”等弱项,与大学现行的商英课程设置和培养商务英语人才模式不能与国际人才市场特别是跨国公司人才市场需要同步有密切关系,值得认真分析。
