利用免疫组化法检测长期口服阿卡波糖对SAMP8小鼠背海马突触蛋白synaptotagminⅠ(SytⅠ)表达的影响。结果显示,SytⅠ在背海马CA1、CA3区和齿状回各层均有表达。老年对照组小鼠背海马各区SytⅠ的相对含量显著高于青年对照组(Ps<0.05)。阿卡波糖处理组小鼠背海马各区SytⅠ的相对含量显著低于同龄对照组(Ps<0.05)。上述结果提示长期口服阿卡波糖可减轻SAMP8小鼠背海马年龄相关性SytⅠ增加的水平。
The effect of long-term oral acarbose on synaptotagmin Ⅰ (Synt Ⅰ) expression in SAMP8 mice hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that Syt I was expressed in the CA1, CA3 and dentate gyrus in the dorsal hippocampus. The relative content of Syt I in the dorsal hippocampus of the aged control group was significantly higher than that of the youth control group (P <0.05). The relative content of Syt I in the dorsal hippocampus in Acarbose treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). These results suggest that prolonged oral administration of acarbose may reduce the increased hippocampal age-related Syt I levels in SAMP8 mice.
