近十年来,关于稀土元素在铸造铝合金和铅铜合金中作为改善质量的附加剂的作用进行了各种研究,这是大家已经知道的。在一本已经出版的著作中[注],也曾对稀土元素作为共晶Al—Si合金变质剂的应用作了论述。该书还探讨了稀土元素对金属型和砂型铸件机械性能及加工性能的影响。用来作为变质剂的有铈镧合金、稀土氟化物以及纯金属铈、镧和钕,而这些都是铈镧合金的主要组成部分。
It has been known for a long time that various studies on the role of rare earth elements as additives for improving quality in cast aluminum alloys and lead-copper alloys have been made in the past decade. The use of rare earth elements as eutectic Al-Si alloy modifiers has also been described in an already published book. The book also explores the rare earth elements on the metal and sand castings mechanical properties and processing performance. Used as modifiers are cerium-lanthanum alloys, rare earth fluorides, and pure cerium, lanthanum, and neodymium, all of which are major components of cerium-lanthanum alloys.
