目的:建立卷柏属药用植物叶缘的显微特征观察方法并探讨其在分类鉴定中的意义。方法:对11种卷柏属药用植物主茎中部的叶表面制片,通过对叶缘细胞的形状、排列、细胞壁的壁孔、以及刺状细胞的形态、结构和长度等方面进行观察,以确定这些植物及其来源的药材的叶缘显微鉴别特征。结果:11种卷柏属植物的叶缘细胞均具有稳定和独特的显微鉴别特征。结论:卷柏属植物叶缘细胞的形态和结构特征,可为这些植物的分类和药材鉴定提供新的依据,为蕨类植物药材的鉴别方法提供了新的观察模式。
Objective: To establish a method for the observation of the microscopic characteristics of the leaf margin of medicinal plants of Selaginella and to explore its significance in the classification and identification. Methods: The leaf surfaces of the central stems of 11 species of medicinal plants of Selaginella were produced. The shape, arrangement, cell wall pores, and the morphology, structure and length of the cells were observed. To determine the leaf edge microscopic identification characteristics of these plants and the herbs from which they were derived. Results: The leaf margin cells of 11 species of Selaginella had stable and unique microscopic identification characteristics. Conclusion: The morphological and structural characteristics of the leaf cells of Selaginella spp. may provide new basis for the classification of these plants and identification of medicinal materials, and provide a new observation mode for the identification methods of pteridophyte herbs.
