目的:研究注射用贞芪扶正对60Co射线放疗的增效和减毒作用。方法:建立小鼠体内移植性肝癌模型;放疗组小鼠经60Co射线照射,联合治疗组在60Co射线照射基础上分别腹腔注射不同剂量注射用贞芪扶正,连续给药7 d,计算各给药组的抑瘤率;测定白细胞计数、脏器指数、血清SOD活性及MDA含量。采用碳粒廓清法观察注射用贞芪扶正对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果:3个剂量组注射用贞芪扶正与60Co射线合用可发挥协同作用。大剂量注射用贞芪扶正可显著提高小鼠白细胞计数,3个剂量注射用贞芪扶正均可提高小鼠脾脏指数,与60Co对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。而胸腺指数结果显示各组之间无明显差异。另外,3个剂量注射用贞芪扶正对60Co射线放疗引起的MDA含量升高和SOD活性降低均有不同程度的逆转作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时3个剂量注射用贞芪扶正对小鼠非特异性免疫功能均有不同程度的改善(P<0.01)。结论:注射用贞芪扶正可提高机体非特异性免疫功能,增强60Co射线的放疗效果,减轻60Co射线放疗的毒性,可能与其抑制脂质过氧化物产生有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the synergistic and attenuating effects of injection of Zhenzhen Fuzheng on 60Co ray radiation therapy. METHODS: A mouse model of transplanted liver cancer was established in mice. The mice in radiotherapy group were irradiated with 60Co ray, and the combined treatment group was injected intraperitoneally with different doses of Zhenzhi Fuzheng for injection on the basis of 60Co ray irradiation. The continuous administration was performed for 7 days to calculate each dose. The inhibition rate of the group was determined; white blood cell count, organ index, serum SOD activity, and MDA content were measured. Carbon particle clearance method was used to observe the effects of injection of Zhenzhi Fuzheng on the phagocytic function of mouse mononuclear macrophages. RESULTS: The combination of Zhenzhi Fuzheng and 60 Co ray in three dose groups could exert synergistic effect. Large doses of Zhenzhi Fuzheng can significantly increase the white blood cell count in mice. Three doses of Zhenzhen Fuzheng can increase the spleen index of mice, and there is a significant difference compared with the 60Co control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). . The thymus index results showed no significant differences between the groups. In addition, three doses of Zhenzhi Fuzheng had different degrees of reversal of MDA content and SOD activity caused by 60Co ray radiotherapy (P<0.05 or P<0.01). At the same time, three doses were injected with Zhenzhi Fuzheng. Non-specific immune function in mice was improved to varying degrees (P<0.01). Conclusion: Injection of Zhenzhi Fuzheng can improve the body’s non-specific immune function, enhance the 60Co-ray radiotherapy effect, and reduce the toxicity of 60Co-ray radiotherapy, may be related to its inhibition of lipid peroxide production.
