目的探讨根面龋应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐充填后充填体与洞壁间的微渗漏情况。方法根面有龋损的离体牙20颗,随机分为观察组与对照组各10颗牙,观察组应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐备洞,对照组应用高速手机去腐备洞,之后均充填富士Ⅱ型玻璃离子。采用热力循环法和染料渗入法处理充填完成的离体牙,体视显微镜和扫描电镜下观察充填体与洞壁间的微渗漏情况。结果 2组染料渗透情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组充填体边缘微缝隙在牙合壁的间隙宽度分别为(0.655±0.048)、(0.633±0.050)μm,在龈壁的间隙宽度分别为(0.545±0.089)、(0.543±0.075)μm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Er,Cr:YSGG激光对根面龋去腐充填,不会降低充填体与洞壁间微渗漏的发生率。
Objective To investigate the microleakage between the filling body and the wall of the root caries after Er, Cr: YSGG laser decalcification. Methods Twenty carious dental caries were randomly divided into observation group (10 teeth) and control group (10 teeth) respectively. The observation group was treated with Er, Cr: YSGG laser to decolorize the hole and the control group with high-speed cell- After filling Fuji Ⅱ glass ion. The effects of microleakage between the filling body and the cave wall were observed under the stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope by using thermodynamic cycle and dye infiltration method. Results There was no significant difference in the infiltration of dye between the two groups (P> 0.05). The width of the gap between the two groups was (0.655 ± 0.048) and (0.633 ± 0.050) μm, The width of gingival wall was (0.545 ± 0.089) and (0.543 ± 0.075) μm respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Er, Cr: YSGG laser treatment of root caries decadent filling, will not reduce the incidence of microleakage between the filling body and the wall.
