目的:了解嘉定区医务人员职业压力与执业环境,为改善医务人员管理、制定医疗卫生政策提供参考。方法:采用第五次国家卫生服务调查中的《医务人员调查表》,对嘉定区8家医疗卫生机构的140名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:嘉定区医务人员每周平均工作时间为45.09小时,每月平均值夜班次数为2.63次,不同学历、机构和专业医务人员每周工作时间和每月值夜班次数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医务人员对薪酬的满意度为26.43%;18.57%的医务人员工作积极性很高或较高;57.86%的医务人员认为当前医患关系很差或较差,24.29%的人曾受到过患者的辱骂。结论:嘉定区医务人员的工作负荷较重,薪酬相对较低,加上医患关系紧张等因素存在,在一定程度上影响了医务人员的工作积极性,“减负”和提高薪酬水平成为医务人员的普遍诉求。
Objective: To understand the occupational stress and practice environment of medical staff in Jiading District and to provide references for improving the management of medical staff and formulating medical and health policies. Methods: According to the questionnaire of medical staff in the fifth national health service survey, 140 medical staffs from 8 medical and health institutions in Jiading District were surveyed. Results: The average weekly working hours of medical staff in Jiading District was 45.09 hours and the monthly average frequency of night work was 2.63 times. There was significant difference between weekly working hours and monthly night shifts of medical staff of different educational levels, institutions and professional staffs (P <0.05). The medical staff’s salary satisfaction was 26.43%, 18.57% medical staff’s work enthusiasm was high or high, 57.86% medical staff considered that the current doctor-patient relationship was poor or poor, 24.29% Abuse of the patient. Conclusion: The heavy workload and low salary of medical staff in Jiading District, combined with the tension between doctors and patients, have affected the enthusiasm of medical staff to a certain extent, and reduced their workload and increased the salary level to become medical The general appeal of staff.
