后进生通常是指那些思想意识不纯、不守纪律,学习不用功,甚至调皮捣蛋的学生。这些问题学生对教育教学工作正常进行产生不良影响。英语学科学习中后进生更让人头疼。面对后进生的严峻问题,教师要善于观察、分析后进生的心理状况,掌握他们心理上的问题,采取正确的方法,才能取得良好的教育效果。后进生既有他们的共性,也有他们的个性,我们要从每个后进生的实际出发,采取灵活多样的方法,因材施教,才能引导他们健康成长。下面结合自己的教学工作就英语后进生的转化谈谈自己的一些体会和看法。
Postgraduates usually refer to students who are impolite, unruly, ineffective, and even mischievous. Students of these problems have an adverse effect on the normal education and teaching work. English learning more difficult to learn after graduation. In the face of the serious problems of postgraduates, teachers should be good at observing and analyzing post-graduation psychology, mastering their psychological problems and adopting correct methods to achieve good educational results.
