研究了二甲基和不同乙烯基含量的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的辐射交联凝胶生成动力学。在0~100kGy剂量范围内,从实验上证实了单位剂量交联度q_0为常数,而溶胶分子量(?)_γ(S)与剂量关系符合(?)_γ(S)=(?)_γ(S)·ab~(-b)方程。二甲基硅橡胶(DMSR)b值为0.70,而不同乙烯基含量的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVSR)b值为0.77~0.80,近似不变。从凝胶生成的动力学方程可得ln(1-S)/S=AR~β+Co。对DMSR,β值为0.30,而不同乙烯基含量的MVSR,β值为0.20~0.23。从凝胶化剂量R_g和交联G值,可看到乙烯基的内强化效应较明显。
The formation kinetics of radiation cross-linked gel of methyl vinyl silicone rubber with dimethyl and different vinyl groups was studied. In the dose range of 0 ~ 100kGy, it was confirmed experimentally that the unit dose of crosslinking degree q_0 was constant, and the relationship between the sol molecular weight (γ) and γ (S) and dose was in accordance with γ ) · Ab ~ (-b) equation.
